Unknown File HVX 200

I am trying to capture SD footage from a Panasonic HVX200.
When I capture now or batch, it says File Error: Unknown File.

I have done easy set up to DV NTSC. and I have captured sd footage w/
this very camera before.

So you're trying to capture from a DV tape you shot in the camera? Or off a P2 card?
