offline edit in a FCP 5.1 sequence - 29.97, photo jpeg, etc... Edited low res offline this way.

now preparing for my online with deliverables being 24frame Master and possibly a film print (depending on how things go).

We have tried everything...cinema tools, telecine, we have a kona card, tried automatic duck to Avid, etc...nothing is seeming to work. I've heard that bringing the OMF through Symphony (Nitrus) might work but otherwise I'm thinking I need to manually recapture and eye match the cuts...ouch.

Any thoughts? Again the whole point is to produce the HD Master and perhaps a film print so that is a key part of the workaround.

Any info would be enormously appreciated....

Can you tell us exactly what you've done and exactly what is going wrong?
