It started with exporting to FLV from FCP...now...

I finally got the time to "uninstall" the macromedias and then I reinstalled - hoping this would bring back my "export as FLV" via quicktime conversion in FCP6 - but it has not.
I also do not have the option to export as an FLV in Quicktime Pro - as someone had suggested earlier....
what am I missing??

refresher - running FCS 2 - on MacPro Dual Quad - OSX 10.4.10
