FCP 6.0 - Cinema Tools & reverse telecine

Cinema tools in FCP 6.0 is great and allows for batch reverse telecine (RT) which I'm doing to my source footage. The issue is that some of the clips are not RT'ing when they ought to since other clips from same tapes have...

The clips were shot at 24pA and were brought in hi-res at 29.97. And RT'ing to 23.98 timeline. The majority of the clips are doing just that but a few are not and it's baffling....

Any thoughts?
