.mopr what the

i just got this spring cleaning program. i am unsure if it is really effective but while running a file check i ran across a bunch of .mopr files. does anyone know what this is?

ive always thought that program seemed like a bunch of BS. i havent heard of it CAUSING problems, but ive not heard of it being a benefit either.

it does have a motion icon. i am kinda thinking it is a behavior but not sure.
