Outputting single frames for FX in FCP.

Hello,

I am attempting to output single high quality frames from my timeline. I shot in 24P SD but edited at 30fps. I have an effects supervisor who needs single frames, uncompressed, for his PC effects software. Whats the highest quality to output and how? Thanks ahead of time.
