Quicktime to Flash

Does anybody know where I can find a tutorial that will turn my QT movies into Flash movies so that they can be quickly and easily seen on a site? I am not doing it properly, so I get error messages, long download times, etc. I have FCP 3, no compressor, and Flash 8 with video encoder.

Hi,

I downloaded the Encoding Recipes and it seems you need to get On2 for V6 for Compressor 3 to export as Flash video. But do you also have to have the Adobe Flash 8 or 9 software?

I tried to go to the On2 site but it was down.
