Weird Frame and motion activity

i have a 4s clip on the TL (fcp5.1.4). it has this motion/shake/blurish thing going on a few frames in. it is some what like what you see when you have a preview render to do.

for a sec you will the word HERE this comes about 10 frames b4 the action i am talking about. the action will last about 15 frames then stop. i have only seen this happen about 3 time in the last 2 years and if it help it is from the same camera. it twice happened while it was on a tripod. this shot is on a mono pod.

its either a cam shake or a TC anomaly would be my guesses.

I'd call that a camera shake. Stabilize with SmoothCam (FCP6) or iStabilize app.
