Changing the stacking order of timeline tracks

anyone know if there's a command to drag/change the order of tracks? I want V3 to be V2 and visa versa.

I would just select the V2 track with t, then hold shift and drag it up above the other track. If you want to be tidy, then select both tracks and pull back down to 2 and 3.

er, ah, not working. Using t selects the clips within the track, then the "a" key, hold shift, drag, just includes the track above. Doesn't shift anything??

Don't need the 'a' key. Works fine here. Maybe you need to unlink your audio - might be colliding with something below.

Just dragging clips upwards creates a new track. No need to create one.
