Sending FCP film to AVID colorist

I need to prepare my 112 minute feature film (shot on standard def mini DV, at 23:98, anamorphic) to a colorist who works on Avid. My question is, are there any major concerns I should be aware of? I ultimately want to take the finished colored project back into my Final Cut Pro 6 system so that I can burn DVDs myself. I also will have a DigiBeta copy. What is the workflow to prep for this? I have someone who will do the Automatic Duck project file conversion, and the colorist also suggests I give him targa files which I'm not sure how to do this.

Can someone who has done this before give me solid workflow advice? This is my first feature, so please be as specific as you can. I know that I should remove the text (credits, titles) from the project before I convert it so I can have a textless version just in case, but then what else?
