FCP project send to Europe

I am shooting with HVX 200 720 24p and importing into FCP 2 on a hard drive in location in Texas.
I need to send that hard drive with the FCP project and video clips imported to Europe.
Will the Europe guys be able to edit off of it since it is originally in NTSC?

I heard that if it is on a computer format that it is okay...

Your thoughts....

720 24p has nothing to do with NTSC or PAL (US and Europe).
They should be able to work with that project in case the have the right hardware and software and the source files

Make sure your partner has EXACT same version of Final Cut. I really feel in this age of the internet we all ought to get used to using it. Media Batch or SyncVue are two excellent tools to look at.
