More Problems Capturing video

Posted some questions the other day. One problem I was having while capturing video was that the files ended up being widescreen. See this photo: [i62.photobucket.com]

Figure A was video I did long ago (fine), Figure B was the problem with FCP making widescreen looking Quicktime files. Figure C shows that the widescreen capture just randomly stopped (fine).

However, it's started again and all my captures look like Figure B. No settings have been changed. Can anyone shed some light on this?

Just following up here- has anyone else experienced this problem? It seems that FCP will spontaneously change and start capturing video in wide screen format. I have no idea how to fix this problem. Is it a problem with quicktime perhaps?
