working with viper footage

Has anyone here worked with the viper and successfully went from log to lin and done color corrections in color ? Are there LUT tables for the viper available for color ?

Are there tools for creating your own LUT files that color can read ? All i have is an excel document with the viper gamma mappings.

Any tips would be great
