Need correct settings in Matrox MXO to work with XDCAM

In FCP 6.0, I can select Matrox /XDCAM 1080p 30 for my ingest settings but for external video it doesn't have the XDCAM settings! I select Matrox /uncompressed 1080p 29.97 YUV and it shows but it's jumpy.

Any ideas out there DXCAM users?m Perhaps I don't get the flow of XDCAM for output. There's HDV, DVCPro, but no XDCAM versions that I see in MXO 2.0 latest.

FCP>Easy Setup and choose the XDCam under 'Format' and then select Matrox XDCam 1080p30

On my system that shows the Matrox XDCam as the video output as it should. Matrox should never be listed as the Input device because it has no inputs...

Yes, Here's what I get in easy set-up in FCP 6.0.3:

format: sony XDCAM HD
use: XDCAM EX 1080p30 VBR (which is what I shot)

in description under these selects:

seq preset: XDCAM EX 1080p30 VBR
playback Output video: None

when I check VIEW:

external video: I hit all frames
video playback: uncompressed 1080P 29.97 is selected there is no setting listed for xdcam or xdcam ex

so when I go to play a clip it drops frames and grabs.

Any help on this?

I do have the latest MXO download.

I wish I used XDCAM footage...I'd look into this. But I don't. I see HDV, uncompressed and HDV.

Try HDV...that is the closest to XDCAM..both being GOP formats.
