Print to Video - Audio out of sync???

I have an HDV project, I exported my edit to a single MOV file, and was doing a Print to Video. Well, for some reason, the audio was out of sync by about a second. I copied the file to a different system and it worked fine. This morning, I tried doing it again, there were a few changes made, and now somehow, the audio is out of sync by a few frames...noticeable on a talking head.

Has anyone else encountered this?

Anyone know how to fix this?
