Convert fcp video to .swf for little or no $

Hi Everyone,

I have a 3 minute (650 MB) video demo in FCP on a mac. How do I convert it inexpensively to a .swf file to put up to my web site. I need .swf since I am going to replace it with the one I have up now, so I do not have to do anything else. What I have now, works great, I just updated it.

Is it best to take it in compressor and compress to what first?

WOW!!! I want to thank you so much Kevin. My video turned converted so easily and with such high quality. I am really amazed that it was that easy and turned out so well in only minutes. Best $39 investment. Can I add a controller to the video with On2's standard program? I could not find any settings for it.

Glad that worked for you Elaine. Check out the On2 website for more details about the difference between the standard and pro versions. I'm surprised it does not offer playback controls.
