Transferring P2 in stereo

I've been importing footage shot on a P2 camera into FCP using the 'Log and Transfer' window and the default setting for the audio seems to be dual mono (or both channels panned to the centre).

I know there's an option in the 'import settings' button that you can use to change this but it only changes it for a single clip at a time. I'm wondering if there is a way that you can change the default/change the setting on mass at this stage.

You should be able to change the audio portion of an easy setup preset for stereo rather than dual mono, but I have little seat time in P2 as yet-- just cut some last week, in fact, but already captured.
