rendering to flv from avid and fcp

Everybody here raises very good points!!

My final delivery will be:

1. dvd to be mass produced and distributed to shareholders

2. flv to be put on company website

3. broadcast via cable network


I'm very interested in being able to render directly to flv.

Is that something that either Avid or FCP can do?
