Quicktime with Alpha

Guys.

I am going to export a clip that is over 20 minutes long with an alpha channel.
Using the animation codec would make the file enourmous.

is there any other quicktime codec that handles premultiplied alphas but that takes less space?

Its for a web game so I dont need amazing quality.

Anyone got any ideas?

you could use flash 8 perhaps..they have a very decent video encoder(On2 VP6) that retains your alpha. You'd have to export as Animation first tho if you don;t have premeire. Oh, After Effects 7 should haved it as well which is mac compatabile. Free trials are available on their website
