Have to Reinstall Programs to Add Media Content?

First, thanks in advance for the help. This is my first post on the site.

When I installed Studio 2, I didn't install some media (Apple Loops for Soundtrack) and now that I need them, I went to add them on, but as I started the process I noticed that the programs were all checked and grayed as I start the install process.

I'm wondering if it will re-install everything, all programs, etc., bringing me to the state I was in when I first installed and forcing me to go through the update process again via Apple. My system is working well and I'd rather leave well enough alone on that front. I seem to remember doing something like this in the past and I had to reinstall all the programs? Is that right? Or will it simply add the missing media into their respective folders w/o doing that?
