Compressor - unable to submit to queue

Hello,

I am trying to use the Compressor to compress a mov into MPEG2 - Transport Stream. Once I get it setup to do this I hit submit and I recieve this error message "Unable to submit to queue, restart your computer or verify compressor is installed correctly"
I restarted my computer twice with no effect. How do I verified it was installed correctly? Anyone have this issue?

Mac OS X Version 10.5.3
Compressor 3.0.1
FCP 6.0.1

There are numerous discussions and poss. solutions on Apple Discussion forums and support about this quirky issue with Compressor. I'd recommend U head over there and read up about this. The fact that the error says something about restarting and/ or installation issues - I would reinstall Compressor as well.

Hmmm... Update Compressor? That's one of the fixes a while ago.
