I'm putting together a project that is primarily still photos. Does anyone know of a way to optimize photos for dv ntsc project quickly in photoshop or like program?

Also, is there a setting I need to change in order to allocate proper ram to stills?

Just wondering

I'm on fcp 5, but also have access to studio 2.

It depends on how the photos will be used. Are you just fading them in & out? Are you doing moves on them and zooming on them? Lots of info missing.

I would like to know more info on this as well. I'm cutting together a primarily still photo montage, mixed with .mov files from my digital camera.
I'm creating my own Ken Burns-like effects on the photos. Doing some cut out layering with garbage mattes, etc.

Please lend me your expertise!
