I'm running the latest FC with a new Imac. Is there any way to export my film that was shot in Standard Def so it can play on a Blue Ray DVD player?
Thanks

You need to clarify what you want to do, i.e. you want to export your film as SD or HD? You can play back standard def DV s on Bue Ray players...
IN General Use Compressor, Blue Ray authoring is another animal.

Huh,
I used compressor to make an Mpeg 2 and then authored it in DVD Studio Pro. My friend said it wouldn't play in his Blue Ray.

Adobe Encore is your only option if you want to author a DVD in Blu-Ray. That or Toast.
This next lafcpug meeting Bruce Nazarian will demonstrate a simple FCS-to-Blu-ray workflow for both blu-ray media (BD-25) and red-laser media (BD5-BD9).
