Red media not reconnecting

Hello,

I've got quite the dilemma. So we shot with the red camera. I'm not too familiar. I'm jumping into the project midway through. We just got the system shipped to us and our main project opens fine. But other projects with dailies are opening with most of the clips not reconnecting and when they are in in the browser they are not marked as offline when I open the clips in the viewer the screen is a dark green color. I've tried to manually reconnect but nothing changes when I do.

It also takes like 3 years to open a project and fcp keeps crashing. I'm not too happy.

Any advice?

Go over to reduser.net and join (it's free). Post your questions there and be very specific as to which FCP Version, QuickTime Version, and Video Hardware (capture card, monitors) you are using. You also need to post which build version the camera you shot the footage on is.
