Capturing after using the DVX's "Stretch" function

I wanted to make sure I'm capturing my footage correctly. If I shot in "stretch" with the DVX, and I'm capturing it in DV NTSC 48 kHz Anamorphic setting, with my sequence setting as DV NTSC 48 kHz, will everything come out 16:9? Should I change my sequence to Anamorphic as well? I'm also worried about it looking fine on a widescreen television, but some weird distortion happening on regular tv's. Okay, thanks a lot!
