Compressor markers

I have 60 minute concert movie burning to dvd for final delivery, I did self contain to compresor and it looks pretty good, I added chapter markers in FCP, my only concern is that there is a few moments that the footage once burn on a dvd looks very pixelated!

Here is the question: If I add compressor markers in this specific areas will compressor do a better job there?

If you know about "visual keyframes" these compression markers definitively will help. Keep them as minimal as possible.
