looking for the best place to find tutorials on line for Motion and LiveType

The LAFCPUG store has a couple of options - one good one that I got was the 'Motion 3 Fast Forward' iTunes edition from the store here : [www.lafcpug.org]

It downloads as podcasts (which you can play fullscreen), and you get a set of media to work with so you can play alongside. Delivery is instant, and you can download each lesson as you need it, or all at once.

Also, to edit your password, on the main forum page here : [www.lafcpug.org] , at the top in the light blue bar select 'my control centre'

In there, select 'change password'

ripple training is excellent - the aforementioned Motion Fast Forward -- and their follow up Deep Dive helped us get our heads out of the After Effects way of doing things (excellent - but different) into how Motion works -- Ripple Training also has a down-loadable series of lessons on Live Type -- will demystify creating your own keyframes and effects to customize or create from scratch your own templates -- both programs can seem non-intuitive until you understand the logic behind them. Many good training programs - but ripple training is one of the best
