I have a motn file on my timeline. Its gold and sitting on oak wood. NOT GOOD

how do i turn the particle black in fcp?

limit color correction on the clip, but I won't run it on particles. It'll be too noisy.

But why don't you just change it in Motion?

i used 2 filters - RGB filter and a limiter. the rgb filter only removed like 85% of the color then i used an fx filter to get the rest.
