OT - Hot Shoe Adapters for 2 Items

If I am doing a one man, one camera job, and I want to use a shotgun mic and a light mounted at the same time, is there a shoe adapter that would let me mount these two items?

In my mind, if you are holding your cam, the 2 shoe adapter would be L shaped and would allow something on top, and something to the left on the side.

Can someone point me in the right place? I looked on B&H Photo and search shoe adapters, but found nothing that I was described.

Actually I did see one at NAB with a cup holder, I think it was Zacuto. I dont think they planned on taking it any further than the prototype though.
