OT: Cloning interruption

I was cloning my main drive yesterday and my soon ta be opened Safari. Of corse i panicked and over reacted and then closed Safari. It was open for less than a minute.

I allowed the process to finish and everything seemed to work fine.

My question is should i re-clone even though I see no problems?
Also, how big of a deal is it that a program like safari was opened during the clone?

I am wondering if its effecting the fcs2 if the program that I opened wasn't in the suite?

Don't see how it could have an impact...
