Anybody use KeyLight in FCP a lot? If you do can you show me something.

Got a few minutes?
Care to teach me how to master a plugin?
I need someone who knows the Plugin Keylight in FCP to show me how they would key out some images.

I am keying them myself but I dont like the results im ending with.
I like Keylight best over all the other plugins but I know there has to be room for improvement.

I can send you a link to the images i would like as examples
and if you can give me the process you took in keying it that would be more appreciated.

I guess more guys use it in AE than FCP, as it comes bundled with AE.
