how to transcode 720 24p to 24pn?

I'm just getting started on an edit for a project that was shot on an HVX-200 primarily in 720p24pNative. There was one card where the settings were on plain ole 24p (non-native). Since the majority of the project is 24p-native, I'd like to transcode the one cards worth of footage to match everything else. It's about 30 minutes of footage that I would like to convert.

What's the best way to do this? Do I need to use cinema tools or is there some function built into FCP or Compressor that would do the same thing?

Using FCS2 on an 8-core Mac Pro, if that matters. Thanks!
