Trouble Copy Pasting timeline with proper media

I have a project I am currently editing and I have every scene in a different sequence. When I try to copy/past the different sequences into my master sequence they lose all my motion effects(size, movement). The reason this is so weird is because in the master sequence when I check the info of every clip edited it presents the exact same effects info as the original. Yet in the canvas window it shows only a smaller the normal clip.
In other words a clip info might say the its size is 150 and has the motion effect in place but it still looks small compared to rest of the time line and does not move.

Effects parameters are not the problem. You almost certainly created a Sequence that has the wrong settings -- for example, the master sequence is set to an HD frame size but the original sequence was SD. Check your Sequence Settings on both (APPLE-0).
