capturing from a Camcorder to new MBP

I am trying to find a way to capture footage from a camcorder.
The problem is that without "old fashion" firewire input on my new MacBook Pro, I don't find a way to connect the device to my computer.
Any suggestions?

Get a FW800 to four-pin FW400 cable.

You can get a 9-pin-to-4-pin Firewire cable, like Tom said. They're about $20 from B&H. But you'll get better results if you use your built-in Firewire 800 interface for your framestore and buy a Firewire 400 Express Card to hook up your camera. It's not always necessary, but it's a good thing to have to avoid bus contention while capturing or laying off, and Firewire 400 Express Cards are only about $40.

I am confused, here? Firewire 800 interface and Firewire 400 Express Card aren't 2 different things? Did you mean or buy, or am I just totally confused?
