OT: HDMI to SDI conversion?

We're looking into making a change in our equipment room that would require us to convert sixteen HDMI feeds to SDI. Right now we're using a small number of Aja HA5 HDMI-to-SDI converters for this, but it'd be really nice to have a solution that works in a rack frame, kind of like the Ensemble Avenue system.

Do any of you know of an HDMI-to-SDI converter with that kind of form factor? I'd really prefer not to have to zip-tie a whole bunch of HA5s into the back of our rack.
