Audio running in sync on camera but out of sync in FCP

I am importing 24p DV footage into FCP. When I import it in at 29.97, everything is fine, but when I import it at 23.98, the audio is of course out of sync. I thought I had my capture settings correct for the audio but I now have 323 clips brought in at 23.98 with out of sync audio. How can I slow the audio down for the entire timeline to get it to match?

Oh and im on the latest version of FCP on a Intel Imac with 2gigs ram going to a firewire external hd.

Sounds like the footage was shot at 29.97. Can you double check that?

It was shot 24p on dvx 100. the pulldown was done in camera.
