How to check firmware version of PMW-EX1?

Does anyone know how to check the firmware version of the PMW-EX1? I can't find this info anywhere in the manual or in the menus. I am interested in using the Hoodman SXS adapter and Raw cards and don't have a Sony dealer close by.

According to Adam Wilt

"You can check the firmware on a particular camera by pressing and holding down Menu, the Select thumbwheel, and Cancel all at the same time to enable the service menus. Roll all the way down to the ?IF? (Information) menu, and check the firmware Version #. Then turn the camera off to disable the service menus (if you leave the service menus enabled and select some of their options by accident, you can really screw up your camera."

Easiest way though, (usually) is to simply upgrade and if it doesn't install you are up to date.
