vertical lines in green screen render

Hi,

I'm rendering some AVC intra 720P green screen footage and vertical lines appear when I render the timeline and/or export the footage. Does anyone know if this is a problem with AVC intra or do I need to somehow reset something in FCP. I have the new FCP studio 3. The footage looks fine when imported into the project.

I personally like Motion to do chroma keying, but what else can you tell us about your project? Can you show us a pic?
