mpeg-1 encoding

Hello,

I have a client who insists on mpeg-1 encoding. I am sure it is for the format's compatibility. At any rate, it is beyond my reach to talk somebody into a different format.

However, I can only encode mpeg-1 at 320x240, according to Compressor. I don't have the option to use a larger size.

Is there a way to get Compressor to change the output size for mpeg-1?

Thank you!

I believe you can, but that's the optimal size for MPEG-1. If he wants bigger, tell him you can give him MPEG-1 version 2!!!

Well, I can't, not with Compressor 3. Then again, mpeg-1 LL profile is supposed to only support certain frame sizes to ensure that fairly inexpensive equipment can decode them in real time.
