DVD's are randomly starting over.

Hey Gang, I've had two DVD's I've created in DVDSP lately, that the customer says that after a certain part in the video, the DVD starts over or goes back to the previous chapter. Any idea why this is happening? Thank you so much.

Did you already check the End Jump settings? Human error is the top suspect right now.
