With the introduction of proRes 422 for Windows last year, it has opened
up an array of possibility for Windows users via flash, 3ds max, etc to
exploit the powerful options of Apple's QT.
I love the fact I can export a QT from FCP, and load it directly (via import)
into Adode (formerly Macromedia) Flash.
Prior to this I had to export from FCP as animation codec, or uncompressed
AVI, and this was slow to say the least.
