Apple, Sony FCP Tour

Apple and Sony will begin a tour of the U.S. tomorrow as the company?s team up to show off how their pro products work together. Using Final Cut Studio, the MacBook Pro and Sony?s XDCAM HD system, the companies will demonstrate a tapeless workflow. This is the same setup that Sony will use when it shoots the Iditarod sled dog race. Seminar attendees can win a Sony digital camcorder or an Apple iPod. The companies will also give away three Sony handheld camcorders and one iPod at select events. Dates and locations for the events are available from Apple?s Web site.
