OT: 007 microfone system...need help---

Hello!

I want use my cellular motorola bluethooth device with special microphone...

I wanna replace the standard microphone capsule with a high quality capsule for speciale use.
I woul applicate a mic capsule over the skin of the larynx for capture only the my voice and my breathless. (like a stethoscope).
I don't want a omnidirectional microphone because i don't want capture the sound around me.
So i think is a good idea use an unidirectional and low range mic.
It 's possible find a solution?
