Need some basic help - best place to find help?

this is my situation.

I work for a clothing company and we are getting into shooting video for our website.
I own a panasonic DVX-100A that I shoot with.

We are simply having models do a 360. the clips are about 10 seconds each. They look great when i digitize them into fcp. But exporting them for flash - the final version is somewhat fuzzy/grainy.

Could somebody point me in the right direction to get these clips much clearer?

These are the clips I'm referring to: [www.lucy.com]

Would using a newer/better camera help? How do sites like "[www.dvf.com]; have such clear, fast loading video?

Many thanks!

You'd have better luck posting in the COMPRESSION forum...
