resolution change after cinematools

I'm trying to follow the Phillip Bloom frame rate conversion tutorial for the canon 5d mkii, and changing my uncompressed movie from 30p to 25p. So far i'm not having much luck, and one think i've noticed is that after Cinematools the size of the clips has changed from 1920 by 1080 to 960 by 540. Is this supposed to happen or am i going wrong somewhere?

Open your 30p Pro Res 422 clip in Cinema Tools hit the conform button set to 25p thats it, your clip will be slowed down and will be longer duration but the same size.
