log and tranfer progressive clips in FCE

Hi,

First time here - hope ther are also FCexpress users.

I'm using Panasonic HMC 151 (avchd).

I need to log and transfer clips shot in progressive HD ( AVCHD from a PanasonicHCM 151), but the preview window in the log & capture is all green.
This means I can't set in and out and must capture everything.
The clip is tranferrred all right, but I'd like to be able to PREVIEW it before transferring.

I set the Easy set up to: AVCHD Apple intermediae codec 1920/1080i50 (I can chose between this and AVCHD 1440/1080 or HDV Apple intermediate codec)

What do I do wrong - is it because I use FCE and not Pro?
