Intercodec-nal Dating

i have got:

2hr of 720p60
1hr of 720p30
3hrs of dv ntsc 30p

I know how to handle the frame rates and i am planing to make the TL a DV TL @30fps (29.97) since i can not expand the dv to 720p.

My question is do you guys who have had this similar instance, sorta DE-Crisp the 720p so that is better matches the dv or is it the other way around.

DE-Crisp = to blur and sorta mess up the HD stuff to match the DV.

If this is at dv quality it will be ok for the client as he was happy with the quality of the dv i done before.
