When you get to the end, please stop.

This is obviously not a critical issue, but if there's a secret setting that will fix it, I'd love to hear about it.

Is there a setting that will get FCP to STOP playing when it reaches the end of a sequence or clip - as a default - rather than automatically starting back at the beginning?

I realize I could put an out-mark at the end of the clip and play in-out, but that'd be more steps than it's worth and would impede stopping and starting at will.

I'm running FCP 6.0.6.

View>Loop Playback. Make sure it's unchecked. That's the default. You must have hit the keyboard shortcut Control-L to change it
