What's the best method to reduce or remove moire patterns in Final Cut Pro?

Um, yeah. Tho Ken Stone informs me "Moire" is not used to describe these animated zebra stripe interference patterns, so I guess I should call them 'Wiggly, Jigglies, comb effect, tearing, interlace artifacting."

Whatever, in this clip we slowly pan across the Las Vegas strip at night and watch wild wavy lines psychedelicize the building facades. It's not noticeable in the QuickTime clip I captured from YouTube, but when viewed from my FCP timeline (and exports) it's plenty obnoxious.

Anybody know of a quick & dirty plug-in that might help?

Can you make up your mind on what you are facing? Or at least show us an example? Also, why are you screen grabbing from youtube? Can't you grab from the source?

I'd be happy to include a couple still frames that may clear up the confusion here, but I don't know how to add images to replies.
