FCP 6 But Training for FCP7

Hello, I just installed FCP 6 but I want to complete the Final Cut Pro 7 training. I have the FCP7 book and want to load the DVD Book files. Will this be a problem since it's FCP7 and I only have FCP6? Thanks.

Return the book. Get the FCP6 book. The project files will not open and much of the media is in a codec not available for your version of the application.
